Using this website

You may use this website for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes. You must not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape it at scale, misrepresent your identity or use its content unlawfully.

We may change, suspend or withdraw parts of the site where reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Information is not veterinary advice

Website content is general information and is not a diagnosis, treatment recommendation or substitute for advice from a veterinary professional who has examined your pet. If an animal may need urgent care, contact a veterinary practice or emergency provider promptly.

Prices, plans and opening information

Prices, examples of included care, opening dates, availability and comparisons shown before launch are marketing information based on our current plans. They may change before you enter a membership agreement. Any paid membership will be governed by separate Membership Terms supplied before you commit or pay.

AnimalKind membership is not pet insurance. Consider your pet’s needs before changing or cancelling any insurance policy.

Founding-member waitlist

Joining the waitlist records your interest only. It does not create a veterinary-client relationship, guarantee a place, reserve an appointment, require payment or create a paid membership contract.

You must provide accurate information and be authorised to register the email address and pet details submitted. We may remove duplicate, fraudulent or invalid entries.

Where founding availability is limited, places will be offered under the eligibility, timing and membership terms communicated before launch. Any “locked” founding price applies only if you are offered a place, complete enrolment and continue to meet the applicable Membership Terms. We will show the final price, inclusions, exclusions, commitment, cancellation rights and payment terms before you agree.

You can leave the waitlist or stop marketing messages at any time by emailing hello@animalkind.co or using an unsubscribe link. Service messages directly related to a request you made may still be sent where necessary.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, AnimalKind or its licensors own the website design, branding, text, graphics, images and other content. You may view and print reasonable extracts for personal use, but you may not reproduce or exploit the content commercially without written permission.

Third-party services and links

The site may use or link to third-party services, including HubSpot, Webflow, Google reCAPTCHA and social platforms. Their own terms and privacy notices may apply. A link does not imply that we control or endorse all content on the destination site.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights.

Subject to that, we are not responsible for loss arising from reliance on general website information, interruption outside our reasonable control, or third-party services. If you use the site for business purposes, we exclude liability for loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill or anticipated savings to the extent permitted by law.

Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms. The version shown when you use the site applies to that use. If a court finds one part unenforceable, the remaining terms continue.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers living elsewhere in the UK retain any mandatory rights to bring proceedings in their home courts.
